About Me
I am a graphic designer with experience creating visual communications, publications, and marketing materials across manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, and freelance environments. In my current role as a Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist at Quality Woven Labels, I serve as the primary graphic designer supporting three independent brands, managing projects from concept through final production while developing print and digital communications that support marketing initiatives and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into clear, engaging, and effective visual communications. My experience spans publication design, commercial print production, digital marketing, website graphics, branding, and project coordination. Whether I'm preparing production-ready artwork, developing marketing campaigns, or creating customer-facing publications, I value thoughtful design that communicates information clearly and serves a purpose.
Before transitioning into graphic design full time, I worked directly with children and families through nonprofit services. That experience continues to influence how I approach design by reminding me that effective communication should be accessible, approachable, and meaningful to the people it serves.
Looking back, each role I've held has strengthened a different aspect of my career. From attention to detail and quality assurance, to communication and collaboration, to branding, marketing, and visual communications. Together, those experiences have shaped the way I approach every project and reinforced my belief that thoughtful design should help people understand information clearly and connect with the resources they need.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, photography, gardening, and exploring New York's parks and natural landscapes. These experiences continue to inspire my creativity and reinforce my appreciation for thoughtful design, storytelling, and public service.
